MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BY THE PURCHASER.

Memorandum that Messrs. Wong Kwong Tin, Lam Kwok Tung & Hung Kan Tong

for The Hong Kong Chinese Civil Servants' Club, the persons whose

names are hereunder written have this day agreed to take up

Crown Lease of the Lot described in the foregoing Particulars on

the terms of and subject to the foregoing Conditions of Grant

and as Grantees hereby agree fully to observe and perform the said

Conditions, and to be bound thereby and the Director of Public

Works on behalf of His Excellency the Governor hereby ratifies

and confirms the grant on the above Conditions.
